1] The part of the objection of the Petitioner appears to have been considered. The Petitioner is allowed payment of amount for acquired area of 3300 sq. mtr. However, in respect of 2990 sq. mtr., no decision has been taken by the Competent Authority. The Competent Authority has called for the report from the Deputy Collector, Land Records and it is observed that decision would be taken after the report is received. 2] In view of this, at this stage, it is not necessary to entertain the Petition. If the decision goes against the Petitioner, then liberty is granted to the Petitioner to assail the same afresh. 3] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
