C.:- 1) Learned APP on instructions from PSI Kharge, Mohol Police Station, Solapur Rural submitted that, the investigation of present crime is completed and Investigating Agency is intending to file charge-sheet in the present crime. However, in view of the Order dated 22nd August, 2016, chargesheet could not be filed. 2) As the investigation is completed, we permit the Investigating Agency to submit charge-sheet in the Court of competent jurisdiction within a period of two weeks from today.

3) As the Police have are submitting charge-sheet, the Petitioner is having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Cr.P.C. before the 1/2
