The petitioner (original defendant) is challenging the judgment and orders passed by the Courts below granting injunction against the petitioner restraining him from disturbing respondents' possession over the suit property. The Trial Court has been passed order of injunction on 17th December 2021, which is in force till today. Hence, at this stage, no interference is called for. 2.

However, the Trial Court shall decide the suit on its own merits uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned judgment and orders.

Hearing of the suit is expedited.
