Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant is behind bar for more than one year and nine months, but there is no progress in the trial, though charge is framed. The Appellant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file fresh application after six month, if trial is not concluded within six months.
