The learned counsel for the Appellant submit that, Appellant has deposited Rs.50,000/- before this Court. The learned counsel further submitted that, the Tribunal has passed pay and recover order, accordingly Respondent-Insurance Company has deposited Rs.50,000/- and it is withdrawn by the Respondent-Claimant (Original Petitioners). As Appellant has deposited Rs.50,000/-, the Respondent-Insurance Company can withdraw it and requested to dispose of the Appeal. 2.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Appellant and the Respondent No.7, the Appeal is disposed of.

The Respondent No.7-Insurance Company shall withdraw an amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the Appellant along with accrued interest thereon.

The statutory amount along with interest be transferred to the Tribunal. The parties are at liberty to withdraw it, as per Rules.

Record and Proceeding be sent back to the Tribunal. 6.
All pending Applications are disposed of.
