This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal challenging the Judgment and Order dated 15/10/2015 in Summary Criminal Suit No. 237 of 2012 wherein respondent is acquitted of offence punishable under sections 41(2), 26(1) (d) and (f) of Indian Forest Act and Rule 66 of Bombay Forests Rules. The delay is of 31 days.

2) For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 2 & 3 of the application, the delay of 31 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. 3) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). 4) Application stands disposed of.
