The applicant seeks stay of execution of the award as passed by the Claims Tribunal.

By way of last chance, time of eight weeks is granted to deposit the amount of compensation with the Claims Tribunal. If the amount is deposited within said period, there shall be stay in terms of prayer clause (a). Needless to state that if the amount is not deposited the award shall become executable. 3.
