Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned Additional GP for the State. In view of averments made in the application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) to (c). We make it clear that time to remove office objections is extended only for a period of one week from the date this order is uploaded. We also make it clear that the order of automatic dismissal will operate on the failure to remove office objections within the aforesaid period.
