At the same time, the Additional Commissioner to make inquiry and issue necessary directions in the matter of records from Tahsildar and Sub­Divisional Officer, Radhanagari. It must be remembered that these are final records and very lightly explanations that the same are lost, should not be accepted by the Additional Commissioner.

The time limit for disposal is extended by a period of four months from today.

With the aforesaid observations, both the Civil Applications are disposed of.
