The Registry of this Court has placed the matter for extension of time. By communication dated 18.07.2022, the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Madha, District Solapur, has requested for extension of six months time for disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.401 of 2012.

In the said communication, it is submitted that the learned Civil Judge, has joined on 06.06.2022, and, thereafter, trial has proceeded. It is further submitted that at least six months further time would be required to decide the matter. 4.

Considering the request made, extension of further six months is granted for disposal of Regular Civil Suit No.401 of 2012.
