We are inclined to dispose of present Petition as in spite of orders/communications issued by Respondent No.2 dated 3 September 2014 and 30 September 2014 and 28 September 2015 to Respondent No.3 to absorb them as teaching/non-teaching employees in a Government recognized and aided schools as they are rendered surplus in aided schools, however till this date without assigning any reason and/or any communication Respondent No.3 failed to take action. Therefore, following order:

ORDER

I) Respondent No.3 to comply with the orders issued by Respondent No.2 as early as possible preferably within four weeks 1/2
