The revision application has been preferred challenging the judgment of conviction under Section 279 and 337 of IPC, passed by the Court of learned JMFC, vide judgment dated 28th January,

rpa 2/2 54ia1810of2022.doc 2015, and, confrmed jby the Sessions Court vide judgment and order dated 26th December, 2018.

The applicant is the husband of the injured who had passed away on account of Covid-19. The parties have settled the dispute before the Motor Vehicles Tribunal and the amount of compensation was directly paid to the victim, who had expired subsequently.

In the circumstances, intervention application is allowed by permitting the applicant Sanjay Shripati Chavan to intervene in Criminal Revision Application No.257 of 2019. Amendment may be carried out within two weeks.

Interim Application No.1810 of 2022, stands disposed of accordingly.

Revision Application No.257 of 2019, may be listed on 25th July, 2022. To be listed High on Board.
