At the outset, Mr. Chaudhari, learned APP states that investigation is going on and Charge-sheet is not yet filed. He further states that Charge-sheet will be filed within a period of 15 days.

In view of the said statement, Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after the Charge-sheet is filed.
