After hearing for some time, since the Court found that application is not liable to be allowed, learned counsel seeks leave to not press this application at this stage, in the event trial is expedited. 2.

Learned APP makes a statement that charge-sheet in this crime is filed on 18th July 2018 before Competent Court. 3.

Considering the facts that all applicants are inter se related as are from one and the same family. Leave as prayed is allowed. Learned trial Court ceased with Sessions Case No. 146 of 2018 arising out of C.R. No.30 of 2018 registered by Medha Police Station, Satara to expeditiously decide the same preferably by end of 31st December 2019. 4.

Trial in the event for any reasons is not concluded as aforesaid, applicants shall have liberty to file fresh application. Application is disposed of in above terms.
