Mr. Topkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw these petitions and to contest the proceeding pending before the Industrial Court. He also makes a statement that the petitioner shall be making payment of minimum wages with effect from 1st December 2021. Statement of Mr. Topkar is accepted.

In the circumstances, the petitions are allowed to be withdrawn and the petitioner is permitted to contest the pending proceedings before the Industrial Court.

Considering the nature of complaints, as the issue involved in the proceedings is short, the learned Member of the Industrial Court No.1, Kolhapur is requested to decide the said pending complaints as expeditiously as possible and preferably before 30th April 2022. 4.
Needless to observe that all contentions of the parties on merits of the pending proceedings are expressly kept open.

The respondents are permitted to file any further application if the circumstances so desire.
