Heard. This Application is for restoration of the appeal which was dismissed for non removal of office objections, vide order dated 04/02/2015. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that inadvertently, it remained on their part to remove all office objections within stipulated time granted by the learned Registrar, Judicial­II. He further submits that they removed all office objections. Statement is accepted. 3.
