The petition is filed in this Court on the ground that the respondent no.2, who is the complainant, is having no objection for quashing of the First Information Report (FIR) at Islampur Police station, lodged at her instance. Today, the respondent no.2 is personally present in this Court and she submits in unequivocal AVK 1/2

1-WP-772-2022.doc terms that she is desirous to continue with the proceedings i.e. the complaint lodged at her instance and it is not factually correct to say that she has granted no objection for quashment of the report.

In view of this statement of the respondent no.2 Smt.Vaishnavi Himmat Pawar, who is personally present in this Court, the petition is required to be dismissed and the same is accordingly dismissed.
