Heard learned counsel for the parties. By this civil application, the applicant seeks recall of the order dated 21st November, 2015 passed by this court dismissing the writ petition for non-prosecution.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicant states that the applicant has now changed the advocate and assure this court that no unnecessary adjournments would be asked by the applicant and will remain present whenever the matter is placed on board for admission and for hearing. 3.

Assurance given by the learned counsel for the applicant on behalf of his client is accepted. It is made clear that no unnecessary adjournment would be granted by this court.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application and on the assurance given by the learned counsel for the applicant that no unnecessary adjournment would be asked for, order dated 21st November, 2015 is recalled. Writ Petition No.2476 of 2014 is restored to file. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Place the Writ Petition No.2476 of 2014 on board for admission on 12th April, 2016.
