Mr. Kalamkar, submitted that, after concluding the investigation of the present crime, the police have filed 'C-Summary' report in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, (Court No.2), Kagal, District Kolhapur on 26th November 2023. 2) In view of the above, the present Petition for quashing of C. R. No.30 of 2023 registered with Murgud Police Station, Kolhapur does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.

The Registry has produced the said Report in a sealed envelope The sealed envelope is opened in Court. We have perused the Report.
