The First Appeal has been preferred against the judgment and award dated 21st December, 2000 passed by the Reference Court in L.A.R. No. 6 of 1993.

The Reference Court has awarded compensation of Rs. 21,000/- against the compensation of Rs. 14,500/- awarded by Special Land Acquisition Ofocer.

Considering the meagre enhancement, this Court is not inclined to entertain the First Appeal. First Appeal stands dismissed. 4.

In view of dismissal of First Appeal, nothing survives for consideration in pending Interim/Civil Applications, if any, and the same stand disposed of.
