Perusal of First Information Report itself indicates that, for the incidence which occurred on 13th December, 2018 at about 7:45 a.m. at Kolhapur, the Petitioner lodged First Information Report on 7th July, 2019 with Shahupuri Police Station, Kolhapur.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that, after investigating the crime, police have submitted 'A Summary Report' in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kolhapur on or about 11th December, 2019. 3.

In view of the above, the grievance of Petitioner that, the police are not investigating the crime, as of today does not survive. Petition is accordingly disposed off.

Petitioner is at liberty to approach concerned Magistrate to follow-up the 'A Summary Report' and for further investigation by Police. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.) (A.S. GADKARI, J.) 1/1
