Mrs. Mhatre, learned APP, on instructions from Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison Kalamba, Kolhapur submitted that, the Petitioner has been transferred to Solapur District Prison on temporary basis for attending Sessions Case Nos. 97 of 2017 and 170 of 2018 pending on the file of learned Trial Court at Solapur on 27th January 2023. 2.

In view of the above, present Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
