By this civil application, the Applicant is seeking stay of execution and implementation of the judgment and order dated 8th October, 2014 passed by the Commissioner for Workmens' Compensation and Judge, Labour Court, Solapur, in Application W.C. No. 90 of 2012.

Mr. Amol Dhumal instructed by Mr. Umesh Kurund, learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that he has instructions not to press this application and, therefore he is withdrawing this Civil Application.

In view of this statement, Civil Application is dismissed as not pressed and as the same is withdrawn. It is clarified that the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are at liberty to execute the impugned judgment and order against the Applicant - Hemant ElectricsV.A. Tikam 1/2

23-CAF 761 of 2016 Prop. Ramesh B. Mane as the order directs payment of compensation jointly and severally against Applicant and Respondent Nos.4 and 5. The Civil Application stands dismissed with this clarification.
