The Applicant had earlier approached this Court by preferring Anticipatory Bail Application No.1783/2022. This Court (Coram: Anuja Prabhudessai, J.) vide order dated 3.4.2023 had rejected the Applicant's Anticipatory Bail Application in connection with C.R. No.241/2022 registered with Sadar Bazaar Police Station. 2.

This is the second anticipatory bail application by the same Applicant. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this Application.
