In furtherance of Order dated 7th October 2022, the learned A.P.P. on instructions from Senior Jailor, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kalamba submitted that, the Petitioner has been granted remission in consonance with Government Resolution dated 6th February 2017. That by an Order dated 8th October 2021 passed by the Competent Authority, remission of three months granted to the Petitioner has been entered into his remission register. 2.

In view of above, nothing further survives in the present Petition and is accordingly disposed off.
