Heard Mr. Bhushan Deshmukh, learned counsel for the applicants.

This is an application for recalling order dated 23.1.2015 passed by Registrar (Jud.-II). By that order, two weeks time was granted to the appellants to remove office objections, failing which registration of Second Appeal was to stand refused.

Mr.Deshmukh states that office has raised the following objections :

(i) Original certified copy of trial Court Judgment was not filed;

2/2 CAS/512/2015 (ii) Claim for court fee not stated.

Mr.Deshmukh assures that after restoration of the Second Appeal, within two weeks from today the applicants will remove the office objections. He further states that notices were not issued to the respondents in main Appeal.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) with no order as to costs.

Second Appeal is restored to the file.

Applicants shall remove office objections within two weeks from today.
