The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the original claimant was minor on the date of filing the claim petition as well as on the date of passing the impugned judgment and award. He submits that the natural guardian of the Applicant took some time to file the First Appeal. He submits that they have good chance of success. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

Delay in filing the First Appeal is condoned.
b.
The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
c.
No order as to costs.
