1] This is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail during pendency of Appeal.

2] The application is moved on the ground of parity. This Court vide order dated 20th February 2018, has considered the application of original Accused No.4 and after considering material on record, allowed the application of the said accused.

3] Perusal of paragraph 6 of the said order would reveal that the role attributed to the present Applicant, who is Accused No.3 and the BGP.

Accused No.4 is same. The application is almost identical. The application of the present Applicant ­ Amol Vitthal Algude is therefore allowed on the same terms and conditions as are imposed by this Court vide order dated 20th February 2018 in Criminal Application No.184 of 2018.
