Respondent No.1-husband had filed Hindu Marriage Petition No. 103 of 1996 for dissolution of marriage solemnized with the appellant herein on 03/06/1994. The learned trial Judge decreed the suit and dissolved the marriage. The decree of the trial Court was challenged in Regular Civil Appeal No. 228 of 2006 before the District Judge, Sangli. The appeal was dismissed by the judgment and order dated 23/11/2012. It is against the decree in the Regular Civil Appeal No. 228 of 2006, this appeal is preferred.

Heard learned Counsel for the appellant. Perused the judgments of the Courts below. Both the Courts have rendered the finding of facts, which is consistent with the evidence placed on record by the parties.

The evidence has been elaborately discussed in paragraph Nos. 11 and 12 by the learned Appellate Court, which needs no reproduction looking at the fact of the case and essentially, the findings of fact. In my view the appeal does not give rise any substantial question of law, the same is therefore dismissed. Pending civil application does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
