These three petitions concern reliefs to be granted to the respective respondent employees by the Petitioner establishment in Writ Petition Nos.4961 of 2014, 4963 of 2014 an 5568 of 2017. The fourth petition, Writ Petition No.632 of 2018, has been filed by an employee against the establishment. Learned Counsel for the parties, after taking instructions from their respective clients, propose minutes of order. The minutes have been duly signed by the authorized signatory the establishment and also by the respective employees in person and also by the respective Advocates of the parties. Learned Counsel seek disposal of these four petitions in accordance with the minutes. 2.
All four petitions are accordingly disposed of in accordance with the minutes of order, which are kept on record and marked 'X' for identification in each of the petitions. No order as to costs. 3.
In accordance with the minutes of order, both parties shall appear before the Industrial Court at Kolhapur and seek directions for conduct of proceeding further.

In view of the disposal of the petitions, Civil Application No.1826 of 2019 does not survive and is disposed of accordingly. ( S. C. GUPTE, J. ) Shinde H.R.
