By the impugned order, the Superintendent of the State Excise directed holding of secret ballot as per the communication dated 11 January 2017 within one month.

The period of one month has been over and the secret voting process must have been over; hence nothing survives in the present writ petition, the petition is rendered infructuous. The writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
