The Petitioner is seeking following reliefs : (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash as against the Petitioner FIR No.310 of 2014 registered at Sangola Police Station, District Solapur and FIR No.199 of 2014 registered at Natepute Police Station, District Solapur.

(b) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct Respondent No.1 to consider the application dated 22.2.2015 and issue the necessary directions to all the concerned Police Station within his jurisdiction that before effecting arrest of the present Petitioner in the event he is named by Mahesh Gorakh Jadhav alias Mauli alias Dnyeshwar Jagnath Lokare in connection any offence, the said application dated 22.2.2015 may be considered.

So far as prayer clause (a) is concerned, , learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submitted that he is not presseing the same as charge-sheet has already been filed. patilsr 1 / 2

Statement is accepted. The Petitioner, however, is granted liberty to file discharge applicaction before the trial Court. 3.

So far as relief claimed in prayer clause (b) is concerned, the Petitioner has filed representation before the Superintendent of Police, Solapur on 22nd February 2015. Suffice it would be that Superintendent of Police decides the said representation as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly.
