This is an application seeking condonatin of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal thereby challenging the Judgment and Order passed by Judicial Magistrate First Calss, Kolhapur in S.C.C. No. 3692 of 2014 thereby acquitting the respondent of offence punishable under sectin 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act. The delay is of 18 days. 2) For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 7 & 8, application deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice.

3) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The delay of 18 days is hereby condoned.
