Mr.Ingale, the learned Counsel for the Applicant, submitted that the Applicant has filed this appeal for enhancement of the amount. He is the only earning member of the family. 2.

Mr.Ingale, the learned Counsel for the applicant further submitted that the appeal is challenged mainly on the ground that 50% negligence is attributed to the appellant and, therefore, the amount of the compensation is reduced.

Mr.Joshi, the learned counsel for the Insurance Company submitted that the order passed by the learned Court is right and no need for interference is called for.
