2) It is an admitted fact on record that, Criminal Appeal No.463 of 2017 preferred by the Petitioner has been dismissed by this Court by its Judgment and Order dated 25th January, 2021. Perusal of Petition would indicate that, the Petitioner has not provided any evidence to even remotely infer that on the date of commission of alleged offence to conduct an inquiry under Section 7A of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000, to hold that he was a juvenile and. 2) In view thereof, we find that there are no merits in the Petition and is accordingly dismissed.
