Order dated 13th June, 2007 of this Court records that, eviction decree has been executed and the Bailiff has taken possession from the Applicants. Thereafter, this Court by order dated 7th January, 2022 allowed the request of learned Advocate of the Applicants to withdraw his Vakalatnama and issued notice to the Applicants.

The Applicant Nos.1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 are served. The Applicant Nos.4 and 7 are not served but they are family members of the other Applicants. Inspite of service, none appears for the Applicants.

Therefore, the Civil Revision Application is dismissed for non-prosecution.
