Applicants' Special Civil Suit No.219 of 1997 was st January, 2001 by the Court of Joint Civil Judge, dismissed on 21 Senior Division, Sangli. Feeling aggrieved by the judgment and decree in the said suit, this appeal was preferred. Appeal was dismissed for non-removal of office objections and application was moved for restoring the appeal. That restoration application was Shivgan 1/2

22-IA-2397-2022.odt dismissed in default. Whereafter, another application was filed seeking restoration of the application seeking restoration of the appeal. Even that application was dismissed in default. Therefore, present application is filed seeking restoration of the application, which was dismissed in default. Moreover, this application is moved after two years and 108 days.
