The Applicant, in paragraph 5 of the Civil Application stated that hearing of the appeal is already expedited by this court (Coram : A. P. Bhangale, J.) by order dated 09/04/2013.

In view of these facts, I do not find any reason to entertain the Civil Application. Same stands rejected.
