The order dated 28/09/2018 records that, before the petitioner was heard on merits, he was directed to deposit the entire arrears of maintenance as per the order dated 17/09/2011 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Sangli in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No.299 of 2008. After that, there is nothing on record to show whether the arrears were cleared. 2.

Therefore, the Petitioner is directed to file an Affidavit showing as to how much are the arrears of maintenance pursuant to the said order and how much he has deposited. In case he has

25-wp-1001-16 not paid any arrears, within how much time he will clear the arrears.

The affidavit shall be filed on or before 07/07/2023. If no such affidavit is filed, the petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

If such Affidavit is filed mentioning the true facts about the arrears, then list this matter on board for further consideration on 17/07/2023.
