Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India for challenging the impugned order dated 10th November 2022 passed by learned Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune. Petitioner has filed R.T.S Second Revision Application. There is no prayer in Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus against Revenue Minister to dispose of the Second Revision Application filed by the Petitioner at Exhibit-D to the Petition dated 23rd February 2023.

Writ Petition is filed on 3rd March 2023. There is no averment in the Petition that Petitioner has applied for early hearing of the Revision Application before the Revenue Minister. Within a few days of filing Revision Application before

In these circumstances, we do not propose to issue any direction to dispose of the Second Revision Application annexed at Exhibit-D to the Petition.

Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.
