1] Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2] This matter was not in the today's cause list, but it was mentioned in the first Session that the police authorities attached to Laxmipuri Police Station, Kolhapur, have obtained custody of the victim viz. Akanksha Umesh Bhise. Hence, on being mentioned that the victim Akanksha Bhise has been found and required to be produced in the Court today, we directed listing of this matter at 3.00 p.m.

(501)WP-1129-19.doc 3] The learned counsel for the Petitioner was also given notice, consequently, the Petitioner also appeared through counsel. 4] On production of the victim Akanksha before this Court, query was made regarding her date of birth, which she admitted to be 30th November, 2000. She stated before this Court that she does not want to go back to the custody of her parents and she wanted to continue stay with her in­laws. Her father­in­law Rajaram Vishnu Bhise is present in the Court. He also states that he is ready and willing to take Ananksha with him forthwith. 5] Ms.Bhavana Parulekar, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions submits that the Petitioner has no objection if Akanksha goes alongwith her father­in­law from this Court, nor has the learned counsel for the Petitioner questioned the date of birth as declared by Akanksha in the Court.

6] The victim i.e.Akanksha has now became major, hence, she is allowed to go alongwith her father­in­law.

7] We record our appreciation of the work undertaken by the police authorities attached to Laxmipuri Police Station, Kolhapur, for recovery of the victim and producing her before the Court. 8] Considering the aforesaid circumstances, we dispose off Writ Petition No.1129 of 2018.
