We have heard learned Counsel for the parties. 2.

Adv. Prajakta S. B., learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner was appointed on the post of 'Assistant Teacher' w.e.f. 15th June, 2015 in the Respondent No. 2-School, run and administered by Respondent No. 1. Management the proposal for grant of approval to the services of the Petitioner has not been prepared nor has been forwarded to the Respondent No. 3-Education Officer (Secondary) Zilla Parishad, Solapur. She would further submit that the Petitioner was appointed by following due procedure and there could be no impediment atleast in forwarding her proposal for approval to the concerned authority. 3.

Mr. Naik, Learned AGP representing the Respondent Nos. 3 & 4 would submit that, if the Management submits the proposal in due format to the Respondent No. 3, the same could be decided within a period of four weeks from receipt of such proposal. 4.

Mr. Kulkarni, representing Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in all fairness would submit that within two weeks proposal for approval to the services of the Petitioner would be submitted by Respondent No. 1 to the Respondent No. 3.

In view of this, we are of the considered opinion that the Petition can be disposed of at the admission stage with following order: ::ORDER::

a) Writ Petition stands allowed.

b) The Respondent No. 1 shall prepare and submit to the Respondent No. 3, a proposal for approval to the services of the Petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. 2 of

c) Upon receipt of such proposal from Respondent No. 1, the Respondent No. 3 shall decide such proposal on its own merit within a period of eight weeks therefrom. d) In event of any adverse order on the proposal, the Petitioner shall be at liberty to take appropriate legal recourse.

e) All contentions of both the parties are kept open. 6.
