In crime No.35/2019 for offence punishable under sections 353 and 341 read 34 of of the Indian Penal Code registered with Lonand police station, Satara, the applicant is seeking pre­arrest bail.

Apart from the fact that there are eye witnesses to the incident, there are criminal antecedents against the applicant. Hence no cause for pre­arrest bail is made out. The application is rejected. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
