P.C.:- 1) As the police have already submitted charge-sheet, learned counsel for the Petitioners on instructions seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to file Application for discharge before the trial Court if charge is not framed till today.

2) Disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3) Record indicates that, by an Order dated 28th August, 2023 Advocate Mr. Kishor Walanju was appointed to represent and espouse cause of Respondent No.2. He is regularly appearing in the matter and has assisted this Court in arriving at proper conclusion. 1/2

5) This be done within a period of 3 weeks from the date of production of present Order before the High Court Legal Services Authority, Mumbai.
