Perused communication received from Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Satara & Principal District & Sessions Judge, Satara. It appears that request for extension of one year time to decide Regular Civil Suit No.449 of 2001 is made.

Previously, several extensions have been granted. The suit is pending since 2001, it has been expedited vide order dated 19th October 2015 and directions were given to decide by 31st December 2016. The last extension was granted vide order dated 30th November 2023. It is reported that matter is presently pending Suresh 1/2
