Mr. V.A. Thorat, learned Senior counsel for the Applicant/ Intervenor states that the name of the Petitioner will be deleted from Inquiry proceedings No.16/2017. He has placed on record the written consent given by Respondent No.2 for deletion of the name of the Petitioner in the said inquiry proceedings. The said written intimation is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In the light of the said statement, nothing survives in the Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Intervention Application stands disposed of in view of disposal of the Writ Petition.
