By this Interim Application Applicant is seeking permission to add the State of Maharashtra through the Principal Secretary Urban Development Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai 400 032 as party Respondent No.5.

11.IA.777.21.doc Considering the submission made by learned Counsel for the Applicants and affidavit made in the Application, we are satisfied that Applicants have made out a case for allowing this Application. Hence, the following order is passed:

Applicants are permitted to join the State of Maharashtra as party Respondent No.5 in Writ Petition No.10041 of 2019. Amendment to be carried out on or before 31.03.2021. If amendment is carried out within time, Applicants are directed to serve the amended copy of the Petition on all the Respondents including added Respondent and file affidavit of service to that effect on or before 17.04.2021.

Interim Application stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
