In this affidavit, the Education Officer (Secondary), Solapur has assured the Court that he will take appropriate decision, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the respondent-Management, within six (6) weeks. Thus, he will take a decision within six weeks from today and communicate it thereafter to the petitioner.
