The only relief sought by way of the above Petition is that a direction be issued to the Respondent No.2 i.e. Tahsildar & Agricultural Lands Tribunal, Medha, Taluka Javali, District Satara that tenancy case No.67 of 1999 be disposed of within a particular time frame. The said case being pending since the year 1999, it would be just and proper to direct the Tahsildar who is the Agricultural Lands Tribunal to hear and decide the same latest by 31st October, 2015. The concerned Tahsildar & Agricultural Lands Tribunal to endeavour to dispose of the said tenancy case within the time stipulated by this order and to file a report in this Court immediately thereafter. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
