It appears that this writ petition has been listed in view of a letter addressed by the Divisional Joint Registrar Cooperative Societies,Kolhapur addressed to the Deputy Registrar (Civil) Appellate Side, High Court, Bombay seeking extension of time to decide Appeal No.206 of 2014 which was directed to be heard within four weeks by an order dated 8 March 2016. The learned AGP has appeared. However, on a mere letter addressed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies who is a party to the petition extension of time cannot be granted. It would be appropriate that a proper Civil Application be filed through Office of the learned Government Pleader seeking appropriate reliefs. Accordingly, time is granted to the respondent­State to
